• Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• If an account is opened or operated using false information, joya beat has the right to permanently close that account and the account balance may be forfeited.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.

3 User Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account on joya beat and take part in any form of gaming or betting, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
